Prime HQ did an excellent job at communicating in a very kind and professional manner!! He was super flexible with my schedule and made several accommodations for me throughout the day. Literally this photographer met expectations and went far and beyond in the quality of the photos, he was super professional and captured everything I had ever dreamed of and more. I was running a bit late do to traffic and I kindly asked if he could get flowers for the photoshoot and he was more than willing to get those for me in a small amount of time! He literally saved the photoshoot! He also helped me carry the different clothes I had brought for the shoot from my vehicle and back to my vehicle. He made sure to communicate even after the photoshoot ended to make sure I had gotten home safely! Listen he is the man for the job!!!! Marvelous job!!!! Couldn’t be happier with my gorgeous pictures!!!!

I had a great experience with PRIMEHQ for my maternity shoot. My photographer was extremely accommodating and my photos were edited exactly as I requested with the aesthetic I wanted. Even the little adjustments I requested in the pictures were executed nicely.

It seems this company has 4 employees and the guy who came for my photoshoot, did the bare minimum. I had an hour session with him, to capture my art show. He got there late, had no suggestions about what places or poses should look better. I asked him to take very professional photos of my paintings and he didn't even tried to have the right angle for the photos, as you can see in the attached photos. He was so nonchalant, that after 30 min I told him that maybe we should finish the session. Although, I let him know about all my concerns and the fact that it only took him less than a minute to take best pictures that he could from 18 paintings of mine, he didn't even try to come back to take better pictures. He just started walking in the art show and enjoying the fair during my session. In some of the highlight pictures that he shared with me, my eyes are closed. If you want someone who literally doesn't care at all, that's the guy for you. Terrible experience
