Reviews
Was absolutely honest and saved me thousands of dollars
Thomas was excellent (again, repeat customer here) and did a very thorough job reviewing my prospective home. He showed up early for the appointment and got to work right away. He photographed everything, noted items of concern, and was very professional. He even hustled extra hard to get me the report same day! 10/10 and would recommend. I will use Thomas again should I still be in the market for a home.
I was in need of a home inspection immediately (within 2 days) given my original home inspector canceled last minute. I reached out to Primestar Home Inspections and Thomas replied back to me almost immediately. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and accommodate. He confirmed the appointment the day before and arrived early the day of the inspection. Very friendly, thorough, and professional. Price was very reasonable compared to other home inspection companies. I am very pleased thus far and am just waiting on the final inspection report. Would use him again and recommend him as well in the future. Thanks
I never approved working with him and he kept texting and calling me to confirm. Not professional
Tom was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely thorough, responsive, and professional. He was able to send us a report next day, which was extremely detailed, the info was helpful in helping us decide if we were going to purchase the home. Thanks Tom!
Thomas responded right away and arrived early to the inspection. He was very thorough and took the time to identify all the issues with the home, which were many with an older house with a sketchy addition. You can tell Thomas takes pride in his work and cares about your purchase. He takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what's wrong. The detailed report was perfect for what I needed during closing. Thanks!!
A great experience. Thomas was early to the appointment, reviewed everything in great detail and provided a wonderfully detailed report. Would highly recommend.
Thomas was great. He arrived early at the inspection and had already checked the roof by the time I got there. My partner and I followed him around, asked questions, and tried to learn as much as possible from a pro. We appreciate all the help in the home buying process! Thank you! Oh, and we got the report on the same day as well!
Very quick to respond. Thomas arrived on time and was very helpful through the inspection process. I was not able to be on site and he kept me informed the entire time. Would recommend
