updated review- previous communication delays were due to ai system automatically screening messages (?). after our last review, Ryder reached out and improved communication. work was just completed and everything seems to be functioning great.

“Irish” was quite personable and professional and very qualified! He solved all our problems. Happy i found them and I will certainly use Primewest Plumbing for any problems in the future.
Very quick fast and honest work. From sending my first message to getting my water heater replaced was 4 hours. I will be using them for all my major pluming work.
Would pick all 5.... Was fastest to respond & quote. Was on time (early) and was done quickly. No Upsell...
Clean and perfect job great attitude. already booked next job with them not the cheapest, but their quality well worth it. Highly recommended team
Ryder was amazing! Came right in swapped out our kitchen faucet and had excellent knowledge and very detail oriented. Went far and beyond what was required, would recommend to everyone.
I was very happy with their work for replacing the thankless water heater and putting a regulator on my waterline quickly especially when I was going to be charged ridiculously high price by the other bigger plumbing company. a week after the replacing when the restoration guy opened the ceiling , we found a very small leaking from the tankless water heater pipe. I called and Irish was very nice to responded quickly and came to fix at 8am next morning.. I am really grateful for their quick response and he fixed in 20 minutes. First he told me I have to pay for this fix and I paid. But they told me it was misunderstanding and they refunded.
great job
Did a fantastic job, was available quickly, clean, kind, and personable. Love hiring local small business. Thanks Irish!
Ryder did an excellent job. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and made the repairs. The cost was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Primewest Plumbing and I will be hiring them again for all future plumbing needs.
Brandon has great communication. He did a great job on, what I thought, was a tough repair. He fixed it and he even cleaned out the screen in my kitchen faucet and now I have actual appropriate water pressure. He also looked at another plumbing issue I asked him to estimate and gave me a recommendation for fixing that. I will be hiring him again. I'm very happy with the results.
Water was leaking from the sprinkler supply line. They capped the line and resolved the issue. Good communication, thank you for following up Curtis and doing good on the job.
