I was looking for urgent service on a Sunday, and the response was excellent. Great service, very professional, and efficient. Highly recommended!
Super responsive. Fixed a pool leak (cracked PVC) at reasonable price and adapted to my schedule.
Eduardo’s team are amazing, they are professional and helpful Eduardo is very helpful, for a first time pool owner he explained everything to me and was always there if I had any question or need. Highly recommended
DO NOT HIRE!!! So I’d love to show you the work of this illustrious company. 2 of these pictures are before I hired them and the other 4 are after… I asked clearly I wanted algae removed. He tried to sell me a monthly service and I ensured him I just wanted to the 1 time algae removal. His 2 cleaners came out flooded my pool with chemicals and scrubbed it. When they left he sent me a message asking for payment. I advised there was still a lot of algae. He assured me is service would remove all of it. When I wake up and send him pictures he insults me by saying I asked for one cleaning. And when I clarify that we had talked about the service he wants to charge me $150 as that is what that service is worth. Good luck if you hire him.
Princeton Pools responded to my request quickly and scheduled to clean our pool quickly.
In my experience, prices have gone up and quality / responsiveness has gone down in pool service companies. Consolidation? Inflation? Princeton Pool Plus is the exception. This is like the service I used to get years ago - fast, reasonable and excellent quality. While others were still quoting, they had the pool back to blue within a few hours of contacting. I was about to give up and overpay before I found them. Thank you guys.
I contacted Princeton Pool Plus on very short notice about helping me clear debris from Hurricane Milton. They were professional, responsive and managed to fit me in; in what I can only imagine to be a super busy day. They came, evaluated and got right to it. I can't recommend them enough! The pool looks sparkling new! Thanks a mill!
Absolutely thrilled with the above ground pool cleaning service provided! From start to finish, it was a seamless experience. The team arrived promptly and tackled the job with professionalism and efficiency. Not only did they leave my pool sparkling clean, but they also went above and beyond in ensuring all debris and dirt were completely removed. The attention to detail was impressive, leaving me with peace of mind knowing my pool is in top-notch condition. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and thorough pool maintenance! Worth the value!
Pool needed some TLC. He came out immediately and helped me with my pool! Great company!
