Very helpful on the phone told me to save my money and buy a new printer or download an app to scan from my phone if I didn’t wanna spend money because it’d be not very worth it to spend so much to fix it! Tells me this company doesn’t take advantage like some and is actually here to help and give suggestions highly recommend ! Thanks again
