I appreciate the cleaning service and the effort put in, but I was expecting a more thorough deep clean based on what I purchased and tipped. There are still some noticeable spots that were left untouched that I noticed later. Attention to those details would really elevate the experience. I’d love to use your service again if this could be improved!

Our initial meeting went great. All our questions were answered and we are pleased to hire Priority Cleaning.
This business was extremely unprofessional. Not only were they three hours late (which I excused because things happen) but when I asked a question about my bill instead of answering respectfully they called the boss (who I called twice before to discuss the bill and she did not answer) and started speaking in Spanish (not knowing that my friend also speaks Spanish) and began to speak about me in a negative way. Not only did the boss and one of the workers have an attitude but they didn’t even clean the place appropriately. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this service again. My last words to these ladies were a little kindness goes a long way.

Wasted hours going back and forth about the details of the job, passing up other cleaners, only for her to tell me she doesn't work weekends. The date the cleaning was needed was in the project details I originally posted, as were many other details I had to repeat. She also looked up my home on Wake Co property records to argue with me about the square footage (as if I don't know the size of my home) when I said repeatedly that I only needed a portion of one floor cleaned. Make sure she is available for the date you actually need her before continuing communication.
The team did the most AMAZING job cleaning our home. Their little details spoke volumes and I am incredibly impressed. They also cleaned our home in only an hour and left it spotless. I will absolutely hire again!!!
