Excellent service, great personality, responsive. It's nice to support a small business in the age of consolidation!
Nick came out to look at the issue with my kitchen sink, he very quickly figured out the issue and resolved it. I am very happy with the whole experience with Pristine Plumbing and will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.
I got quoted 300$-1200 for a very small job the handle that turns the water on and off broke off the guy had to keep calling his boss to ask him questions and at the end he said he would have to break the drywall and re do the whole piping and they don’t repair the drywall?? I got another quote and they fixed it for 150 no new parts needed the person was kind and respectful tho
From the time I sent out my proposal Pristine Plumbing not only provided exceptional customer service, they were very understanding and flexible with my schedule and the quality of the work was fast and well done! I love my new fixtures and I definitely plan on using them again! I highly recommend this company and would give them 10 stars if available!
Anthony came out for out for the service. He cares about doing the job well and he's so professional! No upselling, no BS - just real good work. Would go with this company again. Anthony is the best -- highly recommend!
I was just completely impressed with the wonderful professionalism of the Pristine Plumbing Technician. He was honest and efficient. He replaced my bathroom faucet as well as the connections to the water in the wall. He also completely upgraded my toilet with all new equipment. He was very efficient and professional and very courteous. Would definitely recommend him anywhere.
Can’t say enough good about the quick response and resolution to my plumbing issue..I was recovering from a bout with the flu and just needed things to work again asap..I would recommend them highly as a competent, reliable source for any plumbing needs
Great job!
Got it done fast but not inexpensive. 20-min job to replace a valve was $400. Pleased with the outcome but kinda pricey for the level of effort and didn’t need two plumbers (1 talked, 1 worked)... would use them again but will negotiate better :-)
I recently had the pleasure of working with Pristine Plumbing for a plumbing issue in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From the moment I contacted them, the team was professional, responsive, and eager to help. They arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, explained the issue in detail and offered the solution. The repair was completed swiftly without any mess. They left my house spotless, as if they were never there. The pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden costs. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you, Pristine Plumbing for an outstanding job!
A leak arrived on my ceiling wall from upstairs to downstairs and I got worried and I called Pristine Plumbing and they came out immediately and did multiple test’s and there was no leaks anywhere, I thought it may have been a pipe busted but no (Nothing) so what I value more than anything is the honesty these two gentleman gave me, unlike other plumbers they could of created some work but no they told me the truth and a few suggestions and saved me some money and that’s all right with me. I totally appreciated Pristine plumbing for keeping it 100 with me, and just For that I would hire them if anything should accrue. Thank you guys y’all made my day.
