She did a good job asking questions to clarify my priorities and my cleaning needs as well as those things I preferred not disturbed. My floors shined beautifully and the stove and sink also sparked clean. She took care of my house and belongings. I hadShe arrived promptly at specified time, after having worked with me to find appropriate time of first cleaning. I was so very happy that I finally decided to hire a housecleaner. She and her colleague did so much well and efficiently.

I paid $550 for a clean of an empty house to be put on the market. None of the flooring was touched and it was still so dirty. Responded to Andrea with pics and she agreed it was not done properly. The open house was next day. The expectation was communicated clearly prior that it needed to be “show ready”. Not done. Tried to keep giving her business for my new house. Again, new empty house and requested a deep clean before I move in. They were in and out in 45mins and hardly anything was deep cleaned. Stupidly tried again. Requested a consistent schedule of cleaning. She never responded. Weeks later, she messaged me if I like a cleaning. I said SURE! I would like to keep a consistent schedule. She messaged back aggressively stating she tried to keep a schedule. Sent a screen shot of the message I sent with no response from her. Conversation got unprofessional and aggressive on her part and I ended communication. Unprofessional, horrible workmanship and would not recommend. I blame myself for trying to support a local business with hopes that “it will be better next time” Nope.
