Chef JC was absolutely AMAZING! From the salad to the main course and dessert, every single dish was incredible! We honestly couldn’t believe how delicious everything was. Every bite was full of flavor, beautifully prepared and exceeded our expectations. What made the experience even better was how accommodating and professional Chef JC was. I had planned a very special, intimate evening for two, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared and delivered on time. He understood how important the occasion was and made the entire process seamless. The food was truly one of the highlights of our evening. We kept talking about how good everything was! Chef JC prepared an incredible NYE dinner in our home for a group of 11. We all agreed it was a 10/10 experience all the way around! The food taste and quality along with the value far surpassed many other chefs we’ve used in the past. He was so flexible and accommodating during the planning process, and his quick response times made working through the details seamless. His menu is extensive, and all of the food was prepared fresh in my kitchen. I would highly recommend!

I can't thank JC and the entire catering team enough for making our mountain party truly unforgettable! The food was absolutely incredible ! Everyone kept raving about it. The highlight was the delicious suckling pig on a spit, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Carl, the bartender, also crafted a particularly fantastic blackberry and mint mocktail that everyone loved (such a refreshing touch). From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, attentive, and courteous. They maintained an impeccable level of cleanliness, which I greatly appreciated, and the presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful, truly a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Navigating those crazy hills was no small feat, and his team handled it all with ease and grace. Your dedication to quality and service made our celebration so special. We hired Chef J.C. to cater our Sip Happens event and he exceeded every expectation. From the start his communication was excellent. We had two FaceTime calls to plan and he came prepared with creative ideas that really helped bring our vision to life.
