Private Pest Detective came out and gave us a free estimate on how to stop mice from entering our unit. They were able to identify some holes where the rodents were entering. Much appreciated advice we will definitely be using them again in the future!

I set an appointment and they didn’t commit to it. Then they set an appointment for me which I didn’t approve.
Fantastic work and fair transparent pricing. Would recommend!
Victor was amazing! He did an excellent job in assessing the situation and quickly sealing up all entry points. I would highly recommend him for his services. His fees were reasonable. I already referred his services to many of my neighbors.
Let me just say this, we used this service one time and the rest is history. We have since used them twice afterwards. I would highly recommend them
Victor came to the house and was very thorough. He explained in detail all the issues in my home with entry points/gaps etc.. He also explained the exact service he could provide for my home. He wrote me a quote and said he would provide it to in roughly 30 mins or so. I will move forward with. Victor and his services once it makes sense financially.
I scheduled and confirmed a date and time to meet with the provider. After waiting 15minutes, I called and they had not put me on their schedule. The person I spoke with said sorry but didn’t seem to care that I had used my lunch break to be present. The whole thing was sloppy and inconsiderate.
Victor and team are very communicative and came out quickly to deal with the pest control issues!
Victor was amazing! Super knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything, including showing me all the entry points I didn’t even realize I had. I really appreciated how thorough and professional he was. The pricing was very reasonable, and I felt like I was getting real value for the service. If you’re looking for someone honest, informative, and efficient, Victor is definitely your guy. Highly recommend
Great service and responsiveness! I had an emergency mouse problem, and Victor was able to help in under 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I feel relieved that he located all the entry points. Highly recommend, and thank you to Victor!
I hired them back in October because I heard animals in my attic. They said they removed them and sealed it off so it should happen again. Two months later it is happening again so I scheduled for them to come out again. The contractor arrived on time but didn’t stay for longer than 5 minutes and did not inspect anything. He also had a very negative attitude the whole time. He said he would be coming back to complete the work and when I followed up they are no longer responding.
He identified the entry points behind our kitchen appliances and sealed the holes with metal sheets. He finished the work and cleaned up very quickly (it was all done under an hour so that was impressive!). He took a lot of pride in wanting to permanently solve the problem (not just a temporary fix). I really also appreciated his clear explanations about what he found, everything he was doing and sent me videos of everything he was referring to. He was thorough so I'd definitely hire him/his company again.
In less than 24 hrs Private Pest Detectives’ Victor scheduled me for an appointment and responded to my request. I needed my basement plugged in my Baltimore row home as my daughter had seen a mouse earlier in the week. Victor investigated, plugged the holes with poison and discussed with me and my family best practices with responding to pests. We will be procuring his services in the future. Excellent service!
Victor was very responsive and came out on a weekend (!) to help me deal with a very frustrating rat infestation. He dealt with my traps AND repaired several large holes in the same visit (SO appreciated!). Photo below is the “after” (will spare you the before!). Work is guaranteed for 6 months. Would absolutely hire Victor again! A+
We were desperate for a solution, and Private Pest Detective delivered exactly what we needed. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our home, found the problem areas, and sealed them up with care — even caulking along the edges to make sure nothing was missed. His attention to detail and professionalism gave us real peace of mind. We’re so glad we found him!
They came and sealed all openings. Work was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would use services again. The price was reasonable compared to others.
Services provided we amazing. Not only were my questions answered but i was educated about the problem, solutions and given a warranty on the work completed. Victor was responsive, understanding, on time, respectful and provided services with outstanding professionalism. I would recommend him to everyone.
I can’t say thank you enough to Victor for coming out to help me. He was informative, polite, and extremely professional. The information he provided me with put me at ease. I would definitely recommend his services
When I expressed my phobia of mice, he came right away and didn’t make me wait 3 business days like other pest control I called. Really professional work, paid attention to potential entry points and sealed them in a clean way.
Very prompt reply and very professional. Answered questions thoroughly and fully explained the process.
