Unfortunately, after the first visit this vender did not show for the following visit. I had to chase him down & then he texted me over a month later I had to spend more money to continue with his service. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend. Maybe his age reflects his poor customer service 🤨

Isaiah was very easy to deal with, got me up and running with my fishtank and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I would use him again without question and would strongly recommend him. He gives good advice and checks in frequent to see how you are doing.
Isaiah is an outstanding aquarium maintenance pro. I’m an aquarium hobbyist of over a decade and have multiple projects on my hand and not to mention hundreds of fish tanks to clean at the fish stores I work at so being able to hire someone passionate about fish just like me was awesome. I met Isaiah at Tanksmart and the moment I met him I saw the passion he had not only for fish but for his business. He gave me his business card and a few weeks later after getting exhausted from work and doing a water change I said maybe it’s time to hire an aquarium maintenance pro. I contacted Isaiah and he instantly wanted to take me on and he came out and did an amazing job clearing up my tank. He is my aquarium maintenance pro and I look forward to telling all my fish keeping friends about him . He was on time super professional and very precise. He impressed me. Terrible communication and work ethic. I met Isaiah at a local fish store back in Feb. We discussed a possible trade for some corals I had for some work I wanted done. For 2 months, I tried getting him to come out to my house to take a look at my tank. He finally came out, saw the tank, and said he was interested in doing the job. We set and date for him to come out and do the work. He then proceeded to cancel on me twice, then just ignored my texts while I tried to contact him again. I was trying to give him business after 3 months of chasing after him. I highly do not recommend using him

Show up for the job or at least communicate and let me know that they wasn't going to be able to make it. I could have went with a different pro.
Billed me $465 to install a $150 filter. But still insisted on payment. He discounted it to $395. I have paid him but this entire experience has been both disturbing and saddening. It saddens me further to even write this review because I don’t want to damage other businesses chances at success, but he was very combative here so I have been left with no other choice.
