They came on time, cleaned my bathroom fan, explored the attic and explained that the flex pipe was not really venting out, directly but via the soffit. They fixed the issue and charged me, as discussed. They also charged me a lower price since some of the work was not required.

Greg and Brad are the BEST team ever! No I mean EVER! I had a scheduled duct cleaning service Thurs. Greg was expedient in his communication - arrived on time and set to work. After investigating my duct work he found clean ducts. He did some minor repairs to ducting. Then examined my dryer ducting that also did not need cleaning but needed a new dryer vent exit unit. Since he scheduled his time to be at y place he offered to go to Home Depot and pick one up! Before going to HD we investigated the AC condenser unit that was filled with mulch, dirt, leaves inside the unit and baked on the coils - he took the covers off vacuumed the unit, applied AC cleaner foam - put everything back in place - checked the unit was operational Then put new dryer vent on and checked that was operating properly. Cleaned site very well, fair price for work performed, professional, and all around best contractor I have worked with in a long time. He is truly exceptional Thanks Greg and Brad ♡
The guys at Pro Cleaners did an excellent job and went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Very great service could not be any happier with their work. It was not an easy job but they did it. Excellent work.
Didn’t have white glove experience but they were okay. They came an hour late from the scheduled time. They blamed traffic but any professional knows when to leave to go to a clients house. It’s part of time management. The courteous thing to do is keep the customer updated as to exactly what time you’ll arrive. Everyone’s time is important. I had a meeting scheduled for 10:30am but they should up at 10am. And when they were done, they were rushing me to get off the phone but I had to remind them if they came on time they wouldn’t be late to their next appointment. They vacuumed water that was leaking and added pieces of wood to the back of the air handler so it’s properly balanced. They unclogged some pipe. They cleaned out condenser after I asked them too but I thought that was part of the routine maintenance. And they cleaned out my dryer vent. Before they came all of my zones for AC were working and after they left 1 stopped working. Maybe they did something, maybe they didn’t who knows. I was on a meeting so I couldn’t see. Greg said I would have to reach out to a HVAC tech to see what’s wrong. Like I said they got the job done but I didn’t get the full experience like others did that I saw on Thumbtack.
We cannot say enough about Greg. His integrity is only second to his desire to please. He spent every moment needed to diagnosis our issue. No rushing. No throwing out ideas that were half-baked. At the end of the day, it seems our problem is beyond the scope of his work. As such he didn't charge us a penny and graciously handed us off to a company he knows who should be able to do the requisite work. Work with Greg... you won't be sorry.

Did a great job. Got straight to work after discussing our needs. Was disappointed he didn't have the the ladder to address the 2nd and 3rd floor. But I appreciate the photo assuring my bathroom and dryer vent did not require cleaning.
