Reviews
We had no idea what we needed, we just new as a company what we wanted. Josh listened and got the job done. We also had a hard time finding the right brand of phones, he ordered them without hesitation. Now we are up and running like new! Thank you so much, we will keep your contact info for future use and recommendation!
Pro AV & Security can improve by actually showing up for the job. This job was confirmed and the amount was agreed upon days in advanced. I received a text from the technician the morning of the job confirming once again the time and reporting that he was on his way. Well it is safe to say, he isn’t going to show up. If you’re looking for professional, this is not it!
Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable service!
Thanks for your professionalism and courtesy top-notch service I will be referring you to family and friends
It was a pleasure working with Josh. He solved our problems without any issues whatsoever. Very happy with the service.
Josh was amazing. He had a few challenges pulling the cable and he preserved through the job. Everything worked out perfectly. He mounted the cameras I bought exactly where I wanted and helped make sure they were working correctly. He worked with the Google Fiber rep that came out to discuss my special install requirements. Highly recommend. Will use again
Very responsive, excellent work. Would recommend and use again!

Josh was very detailed and professional before sending Terry to complete the installation. Terry was very professional and creative.
