I was truly impressed with the company’s need for me to be satisfied. My initial clean from them (whole house 2200 sq ft) wasn’t what I expected but they went above and beyond to fix it fast and guarantee I was happy. Super responsive, highly professional — would use again for sure. Carpets are immaculate at 12-yrs old.

They did an excellent job! Both Austin and his associate were kind, professional, well mannered and courteous. They were prompt and the upholstery on the arm chairs and carpet look like new! Thank You!!
We had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. The technician was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly knew what they were doing. Our carpets look and smell fantastic — stains we thought were permanent are completely gone. They were thorough, efficient, and took the time to explain what they were doing and how to care for the carpets afterward. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning. We will absolutely use them again.
I just moved into a new place and thought whoever did the carpet cleaning before did a pretty lousy job so I went in search of a company that could do a better job, and I found it. Austin came in and had the job done in less than an hour, and the carpets look great! I'll be using them again for sure. This is how it should look when you move into a new place. Thank you so, Pro Carpet Cleaning!
Very professional quick and a great price Was very satisfied Pics are of before and after
Pro Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were professional, and made the whole process super easy. Carpets look great and the service was seamless. Highly recommend
Pro Carpet did a great job restoring carpet in my rental property. Carpet is older and had food stains, but they were able to get the majority of stains out. Happy with the job and price was reasonable.
Contacted them via thumbtack along with pictures of the desired areas to be done. Within 30 or 40 minutes I had an estimate and an appointment. The next day my technician Austin showed up to do the job. Incredibly friendly guy and incredibly hard-working and professional. He did an outstanding job!
Besides being a little late, they did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet in my apartment. We had some very fluffy dogs so they got the job done!
They did a phenomenal job!! Our house looks brand new!
