Trey was extremely professional. He arrived on time and was ready to do the job. Once the inspection was completed, he explained the results to my wife and I and followed up with a detailed report the same day.

Absolutely loved working with Trey! He did a fantastic job and we got our professionally put together report the same day! 100/10 recommend
10 / 10 would recommend. Professional and helped me to deeply understand all elements of my house.
Trey did an incredible job, identifying things that a regular inspector might miss. For instance, in a brand new house, he noticed an imperfect seal on one of the windows. People usually know that a window gets hazy once it’s sealed. Trey noticed this and the builder replaced the window. It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!
Tery was so good doing the job. he did in detail inspection and explaning to me as a first time buyer. Thank you so much.
He is very professional. It's important to handle this professionally and strategically to protect our investment.
Great inspector! Fine eye for detail. I had hired him to inspect a newly built home in Roundrock, TX and he delivered. He thoroughly inspected every inch of the home and found many issues. From issues starting in the attic to nails missing their intended structure to blocked air ducts. He found many missing seals all over the property, damage on exterior window trim and minor damage on the roof. The list of Great work continues and I would absolutely hire Trey again!!
Trey is a real pro. He did a very thorough inspection of our new construction at a great price. He was clear with the scope of work and suggested what was necessary for our home.
Trey is hands down awesome! He let us accompany him on our new build inspection. He has a keen eye for detail, he’s thorough, and most importantly, informative. As new homeowners, Trey was so knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had, so patient, and really took the time to educate us on things we had no idea about. His reports are well detailed and his documentation was impeccable. Can’t recommend him enough!
The home inspection went very well! Trey was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
