10/10! Greg is extremely knowledgable on what he does and provided a thorough assessment. I received my inspection report the next day! It was easy to follow and he took a lot of pictures and provided recommendations and a summary list outlining issues and concerns to address. Out of all the inspectors I have consulted with I went with Greg. Highly recommend!

Greg was very friendly, knowledgeable, and well versed. I would definitely recommend him to new homebuyers. He also made himself available by being flexible with his schedule and driving out on a Sunday.
