Excellent job, would recommend to my Family and Friends. Always on time and reliable
I booked for a deep cleaning, paid the full amount requested, and left a tip. I was working while the cleaners were there, so I did a quick surface-level walkthrough before they left, assuming that professionals would complete a proper deep clean. After they were gone, I discovered that key areas were not cleaned at all. I had to clean behind the refrigerator and microwave myself, and the living room floors were not properly mopped, with visible stains still present. When I followed up,20mins after they left, they replied hours later & I was told “next time,” which was unacceptable given that the service had already been paid for and was incomplete. I am now forced to hire another company to redo the work. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a true deep cleaning.. even the floors is dirty..
Nathalia and her team is amazing! I highly recommend them. They are professional, well equipped with cleaning materials and tools. Nathalia is really nice and sweet, she understands your needs and go above and beyond. My house is clean, organized, and I can’t thank them enough. Amazing team! Will definitely hire them in the future.
Fantastic experience! Thank you!
Nathalia did a great job cleaning my place. I'm happy she was able to accommodate my last minute request. She cleaned everything including surfaces I didn't ask for. Great adove and beyond service.
Provider was professional, punctual and did a great job.
Nathalia always very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. She arrived and worked her magic while I worked on other household tasks. Would recommend.
This is my first time using Thumbtack and I was lucky to find Nathalia! It was a tough ask: I needed a deep clean in less than 24 hours where there are pets! My mom is being discharged from the hospital and has respiratory issues. Nathalia rearranged her schedule and demonstrated responsiveness by accommodating me. I am extremely thankful as she dusted, organized my mom’s medications, ventilated, got rid of fruit flies, mopped and thoroughly cleaned for 5 hours!! She knew I was juggling elderly care and I didn’t feel judged when she came to the home. Thank you Nathalia, I will definitely see you again!
