Mr. David Vick, show up a few minutes before his appointment with me to diagnose the problem i was having with my LG refrigerator. He determined that the compressor was bad. He gave me important information of what I needed to do to get problem corrected. He is Very knowledgeable with the working of appliances. I would definitely recommend Mr. Vick.
Never confirmed the appointment, just showed up. Didnt even open he back panel of the dryer. Said "it looks like" the heating element, and quoted me $419 parts & labor. I asked him if he was sure, and he said, "trust me I do these every day." It's a $60 part and a 10 min job. I told him I replaced that part just 6 months ago and he said he would replace that first but keep looking for "other stuff". Never again.
I paid them $746 to fix my refrigerator. They worked on it but didn’t fix it. I made a follow up appointment with them to come back and fix it. Waited at home all day for them and they never showed up. No call, no text. Just blew off the appointment and would not respond to my calls or texts to find out what was going on. Total ripoff. Do not use them.

The problem was resolved. It would have been better if there was more communication about what was happening as initially I was told the ordered parts would be in one week later after the initial appointment and it was almost 2 weeks before the repair work was done. They did put things as they were which was great and the area was clean as well.
Didn’t stick to main appointment after i took time off work .
Needed a dishwasher installed in a hurry. Contracted elevated because they were willing to do it on a weekend. It appeared they haven’t dealt with this model before and after the job was complete we noticed the dishwasher isn’t secured with the brackets correctly. I’ve contacted them several times to fix the issue and only received one response asking for address. It’s be a couple of weeks now. Going to secure it myself. I recommend going with someone a little more professional and a company that prides itself on satisfying their customers. The two stars were for the willingness to do it so quickly. Otherwise this is a hack job any DIY person could have done and save $300.

David and Jaiden were professional and efficient. They identified the issue, gave me a quote, and had the parts needed in the truck. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I am waiting for them to schedule an appointment to do the work. I’ve asked for a refund but they blamed the delay on parts delivery. I spoke with them on Saturday and was informed they have the parts and only need to schedule an appointment. I’m still waiting for them to schedule. I would prefer to get a refund of my money as the trust is broken, I don’t believe they can do the job. Let me know what I need to do, it’s been almost a month and nothing Please advise how I caytec

It was amazing how quickly Pro Elevated returned an answer to my request for a water heater. The technician (David) arrived on time and explained what my choices were. The tankless was for now out of my price range but David gave me information that we acted on. David was finished quickly, did a very professional job at a fair price. Really great business experience and would for sure call them again.

Of ALL the Contractors I have ever hired in the Past; PRO ELEVATED is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have EVER experienced! They Don’t do “per code” work , tear stuff up doing the work, Don’t show up till 10 or 11am and want to stay till 9pm, no company header invoice (created something on phone Notepad), didn’t use plumber grade materials, made many trips back and forth to Home Depot for parts, Don’t have Company LOGO and/or license # on their vehicles, wanted 50% down, (I’m guessing because they anticipate being fired). Then wanted More $ after being there 2 days because it was harder than he knew how to do; Meaning, they didn’t know HOW to do Professional work. YES ! I DID Fire them 1/4 way into the project ! I hired Mullens Plumbing; they have been Great !
Irresponsible, lousy , over charged , did not finish the job that he started
