Mario is a super nice guy and I know he meant well but there were a lot of issues. From the beginning there were some issues- the original quote was not the correct amount of money. Which was partially my fault because i uploaded a picture of a different room. Mario came and fixed the tiles that were very loose but now the tiles are uneven. However, when he pulled these tiles up he chipped some edges and did not say anything and left them. Overall, Mario is a wonderful person but the work is not great.
Best experience I’ve ever had getting work done on my home. Mario stayed in contact with me from the time of my request until the day of my job. He contacted me and showed me pictures of options of tile before purchasing. He went far and beyond as far as replacing my baseboards which were also damaged by my dogs. Highly recommended if you want good quality work as well as not wanting to wait forever for someone to come out to do your project.
What a terrible experience. I will start by saying to get an estimate in person. I thought by pictures and pictures explaining we wanted our small half bathroom to have ceramic tile. First Mario had to delay the start day. He then had 2 guys show up late the next day. When they came, they had to call Mario to come see floor. He did show up and said a plumber would be needed to have tile match the hardwood in the hallway. We then told him to do it with no plumber needed as we didn’t have to have it match the hallway. He agreed that no plumber would be needed. Once the tile and grout was finished, they attached the toilet and said Mario was on his way to talk to us. They left for another job. As we waited for Mario, my wife had to empty a tub of water every hour. He never showed up. I am disabled in a wheelchair and that is my bathroom. We then told him this and his guys showed up at the end of the day. They did get toilet working and sink back on and it looked good. We never did see Mario. He did show up when it was all finished to collect payment. Two days without use of my bathroom as I just can’t walk up the stairs to use a restroom. My wife had to make 3 trips to Lowes and his workers one. Mario didn’t even seem to care I was in a wheelchair with no bathroom. GET A ON SITE ESTIMATE. MAKE SURE NOBODY IS IN A WHEELCHAIR. Their clean up could better. We have had great experiences with pros from Thumbtack until now.
Can’t say enough great things about Mario and his crew. Start to finish was excellent. HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid job!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I could tell they have years of experience when they gave the quote and gave recommendations that actually saved me money! They were patient as I picked out material lid help them, and gave advice when I almost chose low quality. They warned I might have damage due to moisture under existing flooring they could not estimate and could be additional cost. They were honest and said they found nothing! Work was amazing! They really cared about their work which is very rare. The pride that showed on Mario’s face when he showed me their work….absolutely recommend these guys!!!!
