The workers were professional, cleaned up the area each day (!) when done, and worked long hours. Their price was reasonable and competitive with other roofers.
scheduled in person quotes twice, both times failed to show. After the first failed quote I called, rep asked if we could reschedule for the following day so I did. Again no show, no heads up. This company was a big waste of my time.
Their poor communication was frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never responded to my request for a quote. This delay caused me to lose valuable time on my work. To make matters worse, they canceled the first visit they had promised to conduct.
The work was done quickly and professionally by the single worker on the job, he worked into the evening to avoid the next rain here. I wish I could pay him instead of Nick, the forman, owner of the company or supervisor, what ever job he had. He inflated the cost of some extra roof repair beyond the original scope, again done competently by his lone worker, and now there maybe warranty problems with a spray on roof shingle application to extend the life of the roof without replacing it.
The work quality and communication was more than i could ask for. Any questions and follow ups i had were immediately answered and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and to the standards I had. Couldn't recommend more.
I discovered I had a leaky roof during a multi day heavy rain storm. Pro Roofing called me back quickly and covered the roof as best as possible considering the rain. Once it stopped raining, they came back and gave me an honest inspection. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done. Nick was great to work with and communicated to me on what was going on every step of the way. I truly appreciate their dedication to service and effort to get it done as quickly and painless as possible. This is the company to use for any roofing issues.

This was a very smooth process from meeting setup, estimates and work scheduling. They finished on tome and kept site neat and cleaned up afterwards. The quality of work looks great. I can recommend Nick and his team and have him do future work for me.
I reached out to Pro Roofing & Asphalt on a Sunday Afternoon and they had someone come out and take a look the next morning. Cody suggested the work that needed to be done to resolve the leak in my home and was able to offer a reasonable price. His team was able to show up the next day and complete the roof repair in a few hours. The quality is great.
