They came out and repaired the issue. I informed them that the leak is not repaired. I got no response back.

Complete scam artist. Had him come out to fix a leak I had in my roof. He infact made the leak worse as it was a small leak and after he came to “fix” it got significantly worse. I had to have someone else come out who actually fixed the problem. I would not recommend and urge you to stay away as find his practices very un-ethical.
Here's a review you can use: "I had an amazing experience working with Archie. His workmanship is incredibly neat, and he did a fantastic job rebuilding my patio to look brand new. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and his pricing was very affordable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled contractor who values precision and excellence. You won’t be disappointed!"
Top notch.
Sealed cracks in my driveway and sealed it. The finished job looks great.
Very professional and responsive
After being screwed over by family, I had to call a "professional," so I landed on these guys because I was in a bind due to weather. They came out and quoted me a ridiculous price of $850 for about an hour of their time. They were over 2 hours late and supposed to be there by noon but ended up showing up around 2:30. All they did was trim about 30 feet of shingle overhang and put the small shingles on the ridgeline. $850? Smh. 🤬 The owner mentioned giving his company a good rating on thumbtack about 3x in a couple minutes conversion. Seems like ratings were all they were interested in besides robbing me blind. I don't mind paying a decent wage for someone's work but $850 for an hour, lol. Gtfoh. Never again.
Very quick service.
I highly recommend Pro Seal Roofing and Tuckpointing. They resolved my roofing problem in just one day! I contacted them in the morning and same day by the evening work was complete. They were willing to be reasonable with pricing and completed a superb job on my roof. I will definitely be using them again in the future
We had an unresolved insurance claim for roof damage that had been open for months, and Archie with Pro Seal Roofing really stepped up and worked with the insurance company to get the estimate approved and the entire job completed in 1 day. We would recommend these guys and definitely work with them again!
This company did a wonderful job with some repairs on my home. We just spoke less than 24 hours ago and the job has been completed. Thank you for this great service. Your communication/customer service was the best!! I will be using you again for any future services!!!!
Very fair in bidding job. Was easy to communicate with and setup the time to have completed. Hard working and values the work he does!
Great job
Good clean work and prompt service!
Good job great people
Absolutely disheartening and terrible experience. Individuals using multiple names/phone numbers/company names. Giving quotes without written scope of work then trying to backtrack and charge more. Workers seemingly all undocumented and being paid little. When the issue was raised I was angrily labeled a racist by the person Archie/Sam I was dealing with. To raise an issue regarding undocumented labor being exploited isn't racist. Company will be reported to the BBB and Ohio Department of Labor. Homeowners please beware.
Quick to respond and same day work. Nice job!
Archie did an excellent job , give us a good price quote and delivered on time . He was punctual and he was communicating very efficiently .
Response was fast and very reasonable pricing
