The day of he asked if he could come an hour and a half after we scheduled. I told him I needed to leave and couldn’t wait that long. We rescheduled and he never showed up.
Caio was great. He called within minutes of me submitting a request and he was here 35 minutes later. Locker myself out and had to replace a deadbolt. Great work and very professional. I’d highly recommend.
Changed two locks for me I don’t like the fact that the garage door lock is a knob. He didn’t tell me that he was using a knob instead of handle. And he also could not help me with a loose front door handle, which just needed an inside plate tightening. I’m having to struggle through it right now on my own with ChatGPT’s help. Overall, I’m not sure I will use them again.

This is the conversation. I Googled the price to change deadbolt lock by “professional” and it said $15-$50 per lock. I only have a deadbolt, no knob included. Hopefully, Thumbtack removed this person no one wants to have this type of conversation.
