MONEY WELL SPENT--We had a few HVAC and security system upgrades, one of which had been too complex for a previous company's technician. Boo, for them. ProTechs had the issue fixed FAST, *in minutes*, Nate knew exactly how to resolve it without head scratching. Nate came 100% prepared, all tools, materials including a ladder for the outside job. He swiftly installed the security camera/floodlight, resolved the HVAC wiring issue, and had both thermostats configured on our network in no time. Great attitude, too. When Wi-Fi issues slowed getting the camera configured, I tried to let him off the hook, saying "I'll work it out later..." He gently said, "I'm here to help you get it right... if you like, let's finish it." And we did. Best of all, despite having to work on electrical panel, both HVAC units inside and out, in the attic, back patio, he left everything buttoned up as if they'd never been here (even changed the furnace filter!) I highly recommend Protech! My gas boiler quit working on the weekend temperatures were dropping to single digits. Protech responded to my request on Thumbtack the next morning and arrived within an hour. They fixed my boiler and thermostat in less than an hour and are coming back next week to replace my Thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and price. After reading the other reviews on Google and Yelp, I plan to contact Protech in the Spring about replacing my heating and central AC system.

Roger and his team installed an outlet in a wall that did not have an outlet. They even mounted my TV! The work was flawless, he knew what he was talking about and did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend him.
