He found the problem was on the main breaker, but told me he needed to replace the panel, too. A simple fix became complicated job. Luckily the other electrician solved the issue for me.

Tim did an excellent job replacing two dumb light switches with the replacement smart switches I purchased. He carefully untangled all the wires in the 3-gang box and managed to put everything back in and made sure to align them properly. I can see he takes great pride in his work! It was easy to get in touch and making an appointment with Tim, and it just so happened that he was available soon afterwards. I definitely would hire him again if I need other electrical help!
Tim explains his work in layman's terms. He is very friendly and informative. We are very happy with his work.
Tim is super friendly and gave us detailed instructions on how to install a new outlet in our bathroom. He did a perfect job helping us install a new outlet in our bathroom so we can use our new electronic toilet. He gave us a lot of helpful guidance to understand how the power works, what kind of toilet can be installed, and where is a good place to install it. I will definitely hire him again in the future.
Absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a home repair professional. Tim was on time, thorough and efficient. We would call him again for any electrical issues.
Tim helped with some smart light work and did a phenomenal job, high attention to detail and extremely professional. Highly recommended
Would recommend Tim if you need any help with electrical work done. He has helped me replaced ceiling fan and recessed lights. He’s organized, knowledgeable and professional.
Tim Wong was very responsive. He represented his experience assembling a storage unit. He was punctual & his work was professional and quality. His rate was spot on and true value. I will hire again for next project.
Tim did a great job.
couldn't have been better experience. On time did the job quickly and professionally.
Tim was very friendly and did a bunch of high quality work installing my smart switches and some running of ethernet cable.
Tim is awesome !! Super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and punctual. He replaced an existing light fixture with the chandelier pictured and mounted my Samsung Frame TV no problem. He even came with his own dry wall anchors and vacuum. I would definitely recommend Tim for any of your upcoming projects, and I will reach out to him again for future needs.
Tim was incredibly professional. He was on time, flexible and neat as heck. Once he was done he already had all the large boxes my furniture came in neatly broken down and even brought it down to the recycling bin for me. I will continue to go to him for my household projects. He is A+++.
Tim was great. He was responsive, communicative and very professional. He was punctual and prepared to remove and hang two pendent light fixtures. He made recommendations and made sure I was okay with what I wanted along the project. Will definitely be reaching out to Tim for future projects.
Tim let me know he’d be late. He gave me a little discount because of that. He was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job replacing my two light fixtures and installed two new light fixtures with LED lights. Thank you Tim!
Great job Nice guy Reasonable What else do yo need
Highly Recommended!!! Tim was great to work with. He responded right away and showed up on time ready to take on the installation of my Brilliant Smart Home device. My original wiring was not labeled in the traditional manner making the job more complex. In fact, someone else worked on the install before him (they gave up after 4 hours of trying). Then Tim came to the rescue. He knew exactly what to do and got it hooked up in an hour. What I thought was really impressive was that he looked at online documentation and videos about the device prior to arriving. This showed his dedication to giving his customers the best experience possible. He was polite and explained some of the things he was doing to get it working properly. I will definitely hire him again for any other handyman or electrical jobs I need.
Where do I start? Tim was awesome. I had an odd-job project that many of the vendors I reached out to didn't even take the time to respond to; changing two hardwired chandeliers to plug-ins. Tim helped make sure I ordered the correct materials, was punctual day of, and was so respectful of our home; he put down drop cloths, and handled any items he needed to move with the utmost care. Thrilled with the end result, and looking forward to working with Tim on additional projects.
Tim did a great job on my project, I highly recommend Tim.
