Really brought my area rugs back to life! This was my first rug cleaning in 4 years and Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus was able to get the stains out. Highly recommended and will be my go to going forward!

Arrived early in the morning as expected. Many years of experience and mentorship has allowed Nathan and his team to conquer textile snafus. Nathan informed me my stubborn coffee stain may not cooperate with just a regular treatment from the start. He followed up the next day after the carpet had dried and because the stain was slightly visible he offered to come back free of charge to try additional treatments. Hard working and passionate, would call again.

We usually get our carpets cleaned every season and the job is always mediocre. This has definitely been our best experience! This is the best our carpets looked since we moved in! I would definitely recommend and we will be using his services in the future!

Nathan worked on our area rug which got really dirty after lots of foot traffic. I was really nervous cause it had different colors in it but after he cleaned my rug it was restored to almost new. I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning service and will use him again.

We needed to have all the carpet in our home cleaned prior to the end of the lease agreement. Found Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus to be the most reasonably priced company on Thumbtack to complete the job. Nathan responded quickly with a quote and showed up ready to get to work. He and his associate cleaned the entire house (4 rooms, 3 staircases, and 1 hallway) in less than 2 hours!! When we need to have ANY carpet cleaning done in the future, we’re definitely going to call Nathan to get the job done right!

Professional Carpet Cleaning did an exception job on our carpets. Everything from the phone consultation, to keeping me updates while en route to my home, to the walk through before and after cleaning kept me completely informed. I will definitely being using them again.

Outstanding! In under 4 hours, heavily soiled carpets in 5 rooms were cleaned and the results were stunning. The worst stains are minimally noticeable; the majority of the 11 year old carpet looks almost new. I will hire again!

Even when they had to come back to correct a problem after cleaning upholstery, Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus delivered impeccable service. I've hired them twice and recommend them without hesitation.

Nathan and his colleague did an amazing job! If you saw what my carpet looked like before he started...you would not believe me. There were bad stains in the carpet from pets. Nathan's reaction was "OMG!" After he was finished about three hours later, the carpet looked brand new! Amazing work! I would hire this company without hesitation if I ever needed my carpet cleaned. The price was fair.

Nathan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly loves what he does...and it shows in his work. The results were amazing!!! My carpet is 14 years old, and is still in pretty good shape. I also had a few pet stains. Nathan pretreated and spot cleaned those areas to lift them before cleaning the carpet. He took his time, and produced exceptional results! I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.
