Mike came out on the same day in the evening and helped me unclogged my diswasher and fixed my fridge's ice maker in about an hour and a half. He's very quick and efficient. I'm happy with the service. Thank you Proflex!
He was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. He charged me for plugging it in and taking 4 screws out to look at the bottom. Basically said he can check it because it’s not plugged in and then demanded payment. He chastised me saying I should have known that it needed to be plugged in and that it was MY FAULT. That “everyone knows this, that his daughter knows this.” I paid him, told him to leave and to make sure he didn’t come back.

I had issues with a recently purchased second hand fridge that wasn’t producing ice or keeping the set temps. After trying to check for as many obvious issues we might be able to fix ourselves, we had to call someone. Vitalii was very responsive and detailed about the possible issue. He was able to resolve the issue quickly which looked to be the result of someone’s previous attempt to repair the unit. Everything is running great now! Would hire again!
Vitalii was a lifesaver when our fridge stopped working. After inspecting he realized we had a leak that turned out to be in a really unusual spot. He worked hard over 7 days testing and locating the leak and was able to fix it to get it up and running again. He and his coworker had to come back several times in order to get the right parts and conduct the right tests, they spent HOURS making it right. The technician did an excellent job in a timely manner fixing my clothes dryer. He was also able to fix my pedestal sink and tighten my toilet seat. He was very kind and knowledgeable.
