We were very happy with their service. Thank you again!
Did a great job. Shower looks great. Pro Grout Solutions was very responsive to schedule changes we needed to make, Showed up when they said they would and did quality work. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends or use them again.
Eric is a knowledgable, a good listener, and responds intelligently with valuable suggestions to customers' questions about the job at hand.
Pro-Grout did a great job on my shower tile and grout. Michael determined I did not need a re-grout but just some patching and sealing which saved me some money. He also cleaned and sealed the tile in the back entry and laundry room. Both areas look brand new!
Michael did an excellent job on our bathroom and kitchen grout projects and we would highly recommend him.
Outstanding quality of work and service. I am will request future shower grout repair from Michael. I feel confident using my shower again.
Michael did a great job re grouting our shower and I would highly recommend him. Thanks again!
Michael did such a great job repairing cracked/damaged caulking in our kitchen and 2 of our bathrooms. He was very communicative throughout the process and offered a super fair price. He even adjusted his initial quote because the work took less time than expected. I highly recommend using ProGrout Solutions!
ProGrout ended up not being quite what I needed (turns out I had a pipe thing and needed a plumber first). But they have been incredibly responsive, gave me a detailed estimate of what they could fix, and have been absolutely professionals through this whole process. Great folks and I would definitely work with them again!
