ProGuard came to my home to treat for ants and bed bugs. I still have ants and I had to buy a new bed and bedding. I burned my old bed and bedding. I'm not satisfied at all.
I highly recommend using ProGuard, they are exceptIonal. They thoroughly checked the attic and knew exactly what critter was up there and how they got in. Once the traps were set up the raccoons didn’t return. He came back to check after a few days and was returning again to check. The cost is affordable in comparison to other companies because it is tailored to your needs. I shared their contact info with my neighbors who also had the same issue.

I called these guys out due to some trouble with termites. In addition to solving the problem without needlessly charging me, they inspected the rest of the house and found that some rodents were getting into the attic and laid out something that would stop them from coming back. Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had a good first experience with them has made me a continuous customer. Good job!

First time working with Matthew. He came out the next day and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. He performed inspection of both the inside and outside of the home and was respectful when entering the house. We discovered drywood termites, and Matthew took the time to educate us on the different types of termites, including the differences between drywood termites and subterranean termites. He clearly explained the treatment options, what to expect, and provided recommendations based on our situation. We appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to answer questions without any pressure.
I recently had a termite treatment completed on my single-family home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The technicians were punctual, professional, and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all of my questions. They performed a thorough inspection, treated the property carefully, and left everything clean when the job was finished.

Am sorry to say but as much as I would love to do business with this company. It's a no for me. After careful consideration and speaking to my husband about my awkward and uncomfortable call. I will not be using this service. I sense that Jasmine is a bit insecure within her relationship. I honestly was not expecting an immediate phone call at 3am but thank I was aalready awake preparing for my day... although I handled it very well I cant help feeling bad insecure energy.....i think she was trying to make sure that I wanted service and wasn't a random woman contacting her husband's company. I hope no other female has to experience this.
