We could not be happier with our experience with Sergey on Thumbtack. It was our first time on this platform. Sergey hung three completely different type of doors in our new addition, flawlessly. We also asked if he could come back to help with a door moldings problem. He was very responsive and helped us out tremendously. If I could find more things for him to do around our house, it would be an absolute pleasure. At the end of the day we needed an expert, someone to hang our doors correctly. Thumbtack and Sergey exceeded our expectations. It feels good that you can trust that the job will be done right. Thank you Sergey

We’re really happy with how our barn door installation turned out! Max was great to work with from start to finish. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at ease throughout the process. We have a pretty busy schedule, and Max was very accommodating. He even came out later than normal working hours to get the job done, which we really appreciated. We spoke with several contractors before deciding to go with Max, and he stood out because of how responsive he was and the great value he offered. The whole experience was smooth, and the end result looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend Max to anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and a contractor who genuinely makes the effort to work with your schedule!
I needed to have a french door removed, the wall closed and a new door installed to another area in the same room. Max(Sergey) did a excellent job. The work is so good, you can not tell that wall was closed. The new drywall texture and paint were matched perfectly. The new door install was also done well. There was a need to fix the wood floors and base boards and he took care to make it all seamless. Sergey was honest and respectible, and a really nice guy. We will definitely call on him to do other projects.
Sergey did an amazing job hanging my barn doors on our closet!! It was a very difficult job and he was persistent to get it right!! They turned out perfect!!! Sergey is very professional and he aims to please. His pricing is very reasonable and he was available when I needed him. I will definitely hire him again for other jobs that need to be done around the house.
Max and Dave were both very professional, and did a job well done. First they recommended me some options for my door, I went with a double real mahogany, and we set the date and time. They came and removed the old and installed the new door, frame and all. Measured and cut to the exact lengths. They sanded, stained, and sealed it all in one day, and came back on another day after I requested some touch ups. Truly a great experience working with them!
We recently hired this contractor to install our new French doors, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail was honestly impressive. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Every question we had was answered clearly and promptly, and they kept us updated throughout the entire process so there were never any surprises. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made sure every detail was done right rather than rushing through the job. The installation itself was extremely well done. The French doors were installed with precision, everything was properly aligned, sealed, and finished cleanly. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. Even the small details that most contractors overlook were handled carefully and professionally. The final result completely transformed the space and looks beautiful. They were respectful, punctual, organized, and left the work area clean after the job was completed. It is hard to find contractors today who combine quality workmanship with great customer service, but this company delivered both. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work, honest communication, and a contractor who genuinely takes pride in what they do.
My rating of my experience is in direct correlation to my interactions with Max. He went above and beyond for my project. I had purchased my door beforehand, and it turned out to me the wrong size. Not only did he help me source the right size, I leveraged his expertise to go back to my vendor and exchange my door. At which point, Max offered to facilitate the exchange driving to my vendor. Max then returned to my home, punctual, and installed the door beautifully. I will contact him again should I require his expertise: clean, knowledgable, kind. My new door is pictured.
Max did such an excellent job assembling and installing my barn door from Wayfair. He was punctual, efficient, kind, and responsive--an ultimate professional. I've always wanted a barn door for this tricky tight entryway, but was hesitant to purchase one due to the small space constraints and the headache of installation, but Max assembled and installed it with perfection. He even went out of his way to problem solve a missing part, which was clearly an overlooked error on my part. I will 100% hire him again an can confidently recommend him and Pro Home Solutions to my friends and family. Thank you so much! A+++++!!
I hired Max to install four doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He arrived on time and got straight to work. One of the doors didn’t fit the opening properly, but Max quickly figured out a solution and completed the job without charging extra. The final result was exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the outcome and highly recommend his services!
Max was great! He showed up on time and communicated very well through the project when choices arose, to make sure I was happy with the steps to prevent having to do anything twice. My house is 100 years old and he was great at coming up with viable solutions for the issues that arose. The barn doors and closet turned out great. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him.
