Reviews
Levon came the same day, gave a clear description of the repair needed, provided a written estimate with a one year warranty and completed the work quickly. Highly recommend!
Had an emergency shower drain backed up that needed to be snaked as my own Husky snake drain line didnt work. They reached out, got an understanding of my situation, provided an estimated window time of arrival. Once they arrived, they reviewed my current issue and got to work, had my flooded bathroom drained back down to normal in less than 15min. Appreciate their work, honesty and stuck with the estimated rate with no hidden charges or fees tacked on. Which I was happy enough to give an additional tip for their service. Will be using them again if anything occurs or if any friends or families need a plumber recommendation.

My dormant antique water softeners pipes bursted and needed to be removed. I navigated through Thumbtacks options of plumbers and read reviews. I chose Proline rooters and in glad I did. They immediately responded to my inquiry and were able to remove and close off my pipes that same day. Thank you so much great work.
The workers came within the scheduled window. They were professional communicative, and prepared to problem solve. I will be booking them again.
Levon is very responsive and very helpful, answer my call late night and came in the next morning. Very polite and very educated on how to do the job. We are lucky we find him and we will definitely recommend. Thank you Levon we really appreciate your help.
Isaiah was a consummate professional and did a wonderful job on repairing our toilet flange & wax seal. He paid great attention to detail and entertained all of my questions— I learned a lot! Would highly recommend for any plumbing issues.
Working with Levon at Proline Rooter was an exceptional experience from start to finish. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, transparency, and expertise, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and walk me through the most effective solution without any pressure. The work included installing a new cast iron cleanout and completing a full sewer line descaling. Everything was completed exactly as promised, and the system is now functioning perfectly. I also appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the entire process. Levon clearly outlined the warranties upfront, including a 7-year warranty on the cleanout installation and a 1-year warranty on the line clearing. He was honest about long-term maintenance, explaining that while root intrusion can return over time, he would stand behind his work and return at no cost within the first year if any issues arise. That level of transparency and accountability really stood out. What impressed me most was his integrity clear communication, fair pricing, and making sure I was fully satisfied before finalizing payment. He also plans to run a camera inspection after installation to provide a full assessment of the line, which shows his commitment to doing the job right. I highly recommend Proline Rooter to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing or sewer line services.
Levon responded to my request immediately. Gave me a fair quote and completed the work perfectly and quickly. Would highly recommend.
I want to leave a review for the technician who performed a full drain cleaning service at my home today due to a major blockage throughout the house. This guy is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain everything, showed me what was happening, and made sure I understood the issue before starting the work. The company he works for is also very responsive and professional. They sent a technician promptly, and the initial visit and evaluation were free of charge, which I really appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.
Profesional service! Got to work right away and fixed the copper pipe leak.
Levon called right away, he and Sevak came for an estimate, they were fast, courteous, and straightforward with their evaluation and recommendations. Work was done within 2.5 hours, and yard cleaned well. I recommend their services.
Very knowledgeable, he didn't try to oversell me on other things that can be fixed, very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up first and did a job in 30 minutes, probably half the time other plumbers needed to complete the job.
Very happy with my experience with proline. They came out right away and fixed the problem with my shower leaking into the crawlspace in our new (old) home. Went above and beyond and even picked up/installed a new shower head for me. Before and after photos included. Thank you!
Levon and his team did a phenomenal job with our sewer replacement. There also were some issues with the sprinklers afterward that they finished for free in a timely fashion.
I recently hired Proline Rooter to fix a leaking pipe in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, they were professional and responsive. They scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time. The plumber was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process. The work was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean and tidy. I appreciated their transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Overall, I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They exceeded my expectations
