I requested an estimate late.in the evening and Valentino responded to my inquiry immediately. He came out for a free estimate the next morning, explained everything and gave me a very reasonable quote. He did a great job on the pipe repair and was nest and tidy in doing so. He will be my first call for any future plumbing needs that I may have in the future.
PROMASTER SERVICE was very quick to respond through the app with appointment scheduling and understanding the issue that had happened with my home’s plumbing. I really appreciate his help and punctuality!
Very satisfied with the work he did attaching our unattached vanity. He also repaired a loose pipe that water was coming from. I will use him again.
We had a leak in our washing machine that flooded into our garage and Muamer came same day to help. He evaluated the problem quickly, told us which parts to get and quickly replaced the faulty motor that drains the water from the washing machine. He is very professional, performs high quality work and explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend him again
great job, knew what was wrong almost immediately and fixed it in a few hours.
Fixed my clogged kitchen sink. Very professional and work quality was excellent.
My neighbor and I had a wonderful experience. He had a lot of knowledge about the problem and got to work. He showed up as promised and educated us on what we need to do moving forward with maintenance. We have found our new plumber. The service he provided was excellent and I highly recommend him to my neighbors and family. We give him 10 stars across.
Promaster Service was the best Plummer I’ve used in my 30 yrs of home ownership. Very knowledgeable. Kept us updated on every step of the job. Described exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it and all of our issues with our bathroom sink were solved. The highest quality work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using their services to friends and family and will definitely be using them in the future.
Muamer was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
