Lam and his team were amazing to work with. I appreciated his work ethic, transparency and integrity. He is also quick to respond. We are so happy with our new limestone steps in front of the house. Hire Lam and you won't regret it!

This contrator asked me if I was looking to replace all of the porch posts. I told him only 1 post is in need of repair and I need fencing and a gate. Never heard from him again. How do I delete this "pro" from my list?
I would definitely give Lam a 5* review. He is very talented, his work is amazing, and he is a humble person very respectful and kind. I would love for him to work for me again and the future. Good job
Lam did a great job refinishing our deck, quick response, they sanded the deck, painted, applied masking tape to keep the paint neat, honest answers to all my questions, fast job, good workmanship and fair price. He even fixed some damage to the garage floor lip concrete. Would recommend.
I needed my deck stairs fixed and Lam and his team were great. The work was completed quickly. I made the right decision on hiring this company.
Great work
This is a rave review for Promea Construction. Lam and his crew expertly removed and anchored our stoop railings. In addition, he made repairs to our bottom step where it attaches to the paving stones on our walkway. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Lam was extremely professional, easy to deal with and obviously proud of his work. I heartily recommend Promea Construction for your masonry and roofing needs.
Promea were chosen to make repairs to the brickwork on our front steps, making them safe, functional and to look OK. At every step of the way (no pun intended), they were responsive, respectful of our property and time - completed the job as promised. I will certainly engage Promea again for other jobs around our home. Thank you, Guys!
Lam is honest and thorough. We had him repair the concrete mortar on the outside of an old stone Tudor home and could not be happier with the results. Would contract with Promea again.
