Alex was such a joy to work with. He arrived promptly and masterfully assembled my mom’s recumbent bike. Would hire him again and again.
Everything about working with Alex was easy and professional. He was accommodating to my schedule, arrived promptly, and got right to work. The first thing he did was take off his shoes to avoid soiling my rug, which I greatly appreciated. He worked quickly, neatly, and did an excellent job putting my rowing machine together. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Our tech was great and quick! Easy to book, and was polite.
Very professional and a gentleman. Took the time to assemble a recumbent bike. And assisted in keeping it at the spot needed. Satisfied with the services provided.
excellent experience assembling ou NordicTrack treadmill, highly professional
Alex did an excellent job putting my new exercise bike together. He took it from the box to assembled in less than an hour!
We were in a real bind at the last minute. Another vendor had promised to come and help us disassemble and reassemble, some gym equipment that we had purchased, including treadmills, an elliptical machine, and a recumbent bike. I found Alex at the last minute, literally an hour before the delivery. He sounded confident, knowledgeable, and told me he would show up within an hour. He did. He brought his tools, knew his way around the machines, and took charge of the situation. he helped us disassemble all the machines so that we could get them into our building, and then reassembled all of them. He is personable, efficient, and I would highly recommend him. As a matter fact, we would not hesitate to give him a maintenance contract if he’s available.
The technician Alex was very professional and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend him and use him again.
