Reviews
Great people to work with. they came out right away, tested my system, figured out what went wrong, ordered the parts and we will be up and running shortly. I highly recommend this company. Lukas and Mike really know what they are doing when it comes to solar. They are who I will call from now on.
During the process of selling my house, an issue with the electrical panel related to a solar breaker was discovered during the inspection. Lukas and his team responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it with professionalism and ease. Their prompt service helped keep everything on track during a stressful time. Thank you for the excellent work!
My contact was very helpfu and sincere in pointing me in the right direction. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. He had my best interest a heart.
Absolutely amazing experience working with Lukas and Prometheus Power Solutions! He responded quickly and helped me with an urgent need and is a total life saver! Highly recommend!
Lucas delivered what he promised a week in advance. Knew the issues. Highly recommended. Best value and price.
We had two problems: A malfunctioning Tesla battery and two solar panels that were working intermittently. I was impressed with the quick response and with the knowledge and understanding Lukas brought to our initial conversation. Mike arrived the next day and got to work. The battery problem quickly went away. The panels problem is still unresolved because our solar panel provider is out of business and obtaining parts is a bit of a mess, so that’s still pending. I’m not worried. I’m excited that We’ve found a solution to our solar maintenance issue. Good, friendly, capable service for many types of around-the-home problems is very hard to find these days. Prometheus is a very welcome exception!
My experience with Prometheus Power was excellent from the start. Lukas called and explained the process thoroughly so that I didn't have any surprises since our original installer was no longer in business. Mike did the evaluation and accurately diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part under warranty so that we did not incur that cost. Mike was efficient with the repair. Lukas and his office staff are now working on the technical issues with our app and I feel confident that it will be resolved soon.
Colin explained everything in detail, explained everything he was doing and what he could and couldn’t do his only problem was that Generac has no clue
they were very knowledgeable and responsive. I didn't have to repeat myself a million times and they didn't try to sell me on hopes and dreams or stuff I didn't need. I really appreciate all the help.
