The communication with ProMount was top-tier. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. They got my TV mounted quickly and accurately. I will definitely have them return to mount my other TVs.
Very efficient and did an excellent job. Took great care to install it carefully and communicated every step of the way.
They did a fantastic job, arrived on time, extremely professional with high quality results. I will certainly use them again in the future.
On time, easy to communicate with, good quality work!!
They did a great job all around. Provided the mount and everything. Showed up on time, they were polite, professional, clean and did a perfect job. I’d use them again.
Everything went great! He was very professional and explained everything before he did it. Thank you so much !
Experience was amazing. I am post surgery on crutches and they were so so kind and helpful. They carried the tv in from the car, unboxed it, and mounted in within 30 min. They hung a 65 inch tv exactly how I requested. They were professional and treated my home (and dogs) very kindly.
They hung a 55” TV on a stone wall above a fireplace. They were perfect! On time and very professional.
This is the second time I have hired these gentlemen and I would recommend them anytime ! I got the full motion mount as my sofa is left of the room. Excellent job gentlemen!
Pro Mount was great to work with. The helped us in an emergency situation. Thank you!
ProMount team is awesome. Anton explains and advises where the mirror and wall train should hang with my preference. He shows me every update and concerns. Appreciated! Highly recommended.
We had 9 pictures and 1 display case hug. These were large (6x4 feet +) and heavy, and the ceilings are high. Anton and Eugene knew exactly what they were doing. Although we had mounts, they brought their own, and used our sparingly. 2.5 hours for what would have taken us 2.5 days.
They were amazing! Responded quickly, they were punctual and did it the same day!
I had a really heavy expensive mirror that was installed incorrectly a few years ago and it actually fell Last week. luckily it did not break. when searching for someone that can help, I found pro mount, these guys are very professional and did a really good job. They used durable stud anchors and ensured me it is installed safely and properly. Thank you gentlemen…
This is the second time I’ve worked with these guys. They are very responsive. They are pricier than other quotes but I figure it’s two of them and it’s worth the value- especially for installing heavy items. They came out the next day. Hung the mirror up twice, cause I couldn’t get my measurements correct. Didn’t even expect additional payment. Will certainly work with them again.
Anton and EJ were deliberate and careful in installing the metal sculpture of mountains and forest. It was not easy. It is perfectly centered, and just the right height. The other hangings were done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
I’m so glad I reached out to ProMount! Anton and Eugene did such a great job handling a variety of tasks - installing anti-tip devices on my entertainment center, hanging multiple prints and interlocking wall shelves, mounting wall sconces and my television in only 2ish hours! They checked in with every task to make sure they understood where I wanted things and that I was happy with the results. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out and the time and energy I was able to save in the process. Would highly recommend.
Anton responded right away. He and Eugene were extremely polite, professional and efficient. They were quick to offer good suggestions when asked. I will definitely hire them in the future.
The gentlemen were everything I wanted in a professional service. Would recommend them again and again.
