I highly recommend ProPCiT for any tech needs. Duendra is fantastic to work with. He works incredibly hard and delivers outstanding customer service. He ran Ethernet wiring to multiple bedrooms and successfully set up a PoE camera system. Everything works perfectly.

I had a wonderful experience with this tech company. I'm not computer savvy and was having a problem with my Ring cameras. He suggested a plan to help keep the power source to my cameras. It was so nice to see all the cameras functioning He made sure everything was working in tip top condition before he left. If would recommend this company if you're in need any tech work.
Deundra went above and beyond to repair my Epson 8550. He kept in communication while finding what was wrong and repairing it. He is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Deundra came to my house a couple of hours after I contacted his company about printer repair. He was prompt, efficient and personable. My printer was quickly working again and he offered to work on laptop - which was not necessary. His charge was reasonable and I will call him again when needed.

I will not be using this service again. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I initially thought my printer wouldn’t turn on, but it turns out nothing was wrong—it just needed the power button on the front switched on. That was the only “fix.” I understood and agreed to the $100 service fee, especially since I was told that if repairs were needed, that fee would be applied toward the cost. However, no actual repairs were performed. Despite that, I was initially charged $175 for simply turning on the printer. After addressing it, I still ended up paying $150. I had no issue paying the agreed service fee, but charging extra for something so minor feels unfair and misleading. This experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this service.below is what was told to me.
