Awesome experience - had pressure valve placed due to high PSI — but catered to my schedule on the weekend. Went above and beyond — professional and knowledgeable! Down to earth gentleman and will use again 1000%!

Excellent service from start to finish! Miguel arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. He clearly knew what he was doing and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding workmanship. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Miguel, is very responsive to messages and does great work. He is honest with his pricing as well.
Outstanding service and expertise! After seeing all the high reviews, I reached out to Proper Plumbing to install a water treatment system I had purchased. Miguel messaged me back almost immediately. I had actually attempted the installation myself first, but ran into a major issue when I noticed my main pipe was corroded. I sent Miguel photos of the situation, and he gave me a very fair quote to replace the corroded pipe and complete the water treatment setup. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job with both the replacement and the installation. On top of being kind, punctual, and professional, he even took extra time to show me how to turn off my main water valve in case of an emergency and explained of all my other plumbing questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend Miguel!

Miguel was excellent — very knowledgeable and informative. He shared helpful tips about my heater and shut-off valve. What to do in case of emergencies. Thanks miguel
I had a great experience working with Miguel on a recent plumbing issue in my home. He fixed some leaking pipes quickly and efficiently. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time—showing up exactly when he said he would. It’s rare to find someone so punctual and reliable. Miguel clearly knows his craft and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled plumber. He was a huge help, and I’ll definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.
Miguel was outstanding. Professional, clean, meticulous and well worth the cost. Standup service. This guy we will recommend to friends and family.
I contacted Miguel to replace some old valves on the supply lines intended for a new washing machine at my mother's 70+ year old house, including the main shut-off valve, and to assess other valves for potential issues. Miguel was very responsive and punctual. He identified other valves of concern but didn't pressure me to replace them unnecessarily. He also proposed a solution for adding a new drain pipe for the washing machine (which he would have installed on the spot if he'd had the right part). Miguel was a pleasure to work with: professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained his work and rationale clearly, and offered objective, informative advice. I'll definitely hire him again.
