Needed irrigation repair and Aldo responded same day and confirmed appointment for the following day. He was thorough and helped explain what was going on. He was able to address immediate need (valve failure). He also swapped out a few sprinkler heads to help better coverage area in some parts of the lawn. He discovered another valve issue with another zone and I’ll have him come back to repair that one as well. My neighbor popped over and will be using Aldo in the near future for his irrigation repair.

Property Care Plus suggested a different model for my sprinkler system timer that was efficient and saved me money. After installation, we agreed to schedule the inspection for a later time due to the weather. He arranged a time, and rescheduled for Sunday morning and I agreed. He spent 3 hours to check my system. One zone was not working, so he assessed the problem and said it needed to be replaced. I did not agree to the price so he tried to repair it. It still did not work so, I agreed to leave one zone w/o water. He found a head that was not rotating. I did not want to pay an additional amount to have it rotate so we left it as is. I appreciated his time and his recommendations throughout the process of replacing my timer.
