I appreciated the time spent with me to explain all the different options and ensure my pet safety. Very friendly team and will be doing ongoing service with them.

Reviews
We had an ant problem in our home. Proserv Pest Management was the only service we found that would come out on a Saturday vs. the following Monday. Points for responsiveness! Jacob was a delight to work with.
Super happy and thankful, very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied and can’t wait for my next session.
Good experience. We received good honest advice when we booked a call out. Will be using this company whenever we need pest management.
The dispatcher was polite, prompt and professional. Anthony was pleasant and did a good job spraying and laying out bait and trap boxes. It's been less than a week but I definitely see less activity. Anthony came as scheduled but, unfortunately, did not have any information about the job and therefore the equipment he needed. We had to then schedule him to come back a couple of days later. The Thumbtack app and their actual schedule is not synchronized so even the initial scheduling had hiccups. These scheduling issues are why I am dinging a star.
They were straightforward and came on time, would recommend this business to anyone!
Anthony did a great job locating the entry points and sealing them
Great service! My tenants notified me that there was an ant problem in the upstairs bedroom. The team responded right away and they were able to arrive at my house same day. They also were able to accommodate my high vaulted ceilings by bringing their own ladder.
George was professional and patient in explaining any questions or concerns I had.
Needed someone quick and they arrived in less than 2 hours. Thanks
Very friendly
Awesome service, replied to my inquiry and questions quickly, got the world done fast and followed up short time after to make sure there weren't any other issues.
It was a nice apt , and as a bonus it was free. Would recommend. Helpful and responsive. Will not charge you extra for the work that is not needed.
