I was not aware of $115 for a quote. I asked if they charged a visit fee day before but got no answer. Guess I should have pressed harder for a reply, cost me. Tim my tech was outstanding, professional and easy to work with.
Tim and his partner did such a great job. They quickly uninstalled my washer/dryer and then moved and installed it into my new home for me in less than two hours! They were great and extremely professional
I was made aware of the project progress at all times.
I needed help with the installation of a couple appliances. Tim explained what needed to be done and also gave me several tips for general maintenance of the washtower that I really appreciated
Fixed an 18 year old dryer that had never been maintained AND came out on a Sunday when it wasn’t quite right
Gave me a quote doe $99 diagnostic. Then told me $200 to fix the door then sent me a $290 bill that I didn’t approve
Vladimir was very professional and very friendly. He did a great job and was very thorough.
ProSolution Appliance Repair was able to professionally diagnose a malfunctioning microwave unit and attribute the issues back to a botched Home Depot vendor installation. They were extremely responsive and reasonably priced for the high quality of the work performed. I will be using them for my next appliance install, no question!
Be more careful about the bid, sticking to it, accepting responsibility for their misunderstanding and lack of communication with the English language.
The technician Walter was very professional and knew what he was doing. Pricing was as quoted. I would definitely hire again.
Very nice work and friendly people! Got the job done and explained the job clearly
Our experience was not good. The Tech probably doesn’t have much experience with refrigerators. The freezer door was misaligned, but the tech thought it was a gasket issue. He gave the quote for gasket replacement, which made no sense. A different vendor fixed it by just adjusting the door rails. The gasket was in good shape and seals perfectly after the adjustment by a different vendor.
Fin did an excellent job. He was on time, professional and got our washer working
Our experience with ProSolution was not the best. I appreciated getting a same-day appointment for a technician to come look at our control panel malfunction on our less than 2-year-old fridge. However the technician was completely unknowledgeable, calling for help and looking up solutions on his phone. After everything, he was unable to solve our issue and said we needed to pay $511 for a replacement part + labor. We told him we’d discuss it and call back later. Upon him taking the panel off and putting it back on, there’s now cracking and scratches. Within an hour of the technician leaving, we ended up resolving the issue ourselves without a replacement part (it more or less resolved by itself). So all that to say, we paid $125 for very little help and added damage, and almost would have paid an additional $386 for parts and labor we didn’t need anyway. We wish we had just rode out the issue longer, or made an appointment with an actual Frigidaire/Electrolux technician who could’ve better diagnosed/fixed the problem, and not left damage behind. The damage is honestly the most disappointing part of this, considering our fridge is less than 2 years old and the problem was never fixed. It makes me wonder if he was less careful with it thinking we would just buckle and buy a replacement. Overall, probably wouldn’t call ProSolution again.
