Prosper construction development

Came on site. Talked for like an hour. I followed up three times. No response, not even a quote. If you are turning down my business, at least I deserve to know. Update: I got reached out by the owner. He apologized and explained to me the situation and I can tell this was caused by one individual and doesn't represent how their company works. I'm very happy with how the owner handled my case.

Thank you for your amazing crew and Mark and Prosper helping us add on and develop our 4 bedroom house. We had two guest bathrooms that needed to be built, and ideally in a months time since we had family coming to town. The Prosper Construction team were very thorough and professional and we loved the idea and concept they brought to life. Mark made sure everything came together and diligently followed up on every single detail. Not only did they complete the job more quickly that I had planned, they also added several design suggestions, which actually enhanced the usable space. We will be calling them in the future for our master bath.

Gorgeous work I seeked renovation for my outer deck a few months ago, I wanted a stone barrier for privacy and above the barrier, a platform for flower pots and such. I also wanted smooth ground tiling.  Prosper worked with my idea and didn't hesitate to take on this task. He was polite and very understanding about what I wanted. In the end, his estimate was economical and honestly I trusted him with transforming my house deck.. Beautiful results. Extremely suggest working with this company , very very happy with my home deck. Its my zen area now!! Happy new years everyone!

Our experience with the Prosper Construction Development crew was outstanding from start to finish. I interviewed plenty of other companies after our home suffered some water damage from a busted pipe between the kitchen and the hallway bathroom; our entire house, except the master bedroom, was flooded and they were the best fit. Prosper did an addition on my small Craftsman style home, moved the office to a different location and remodeled two bathrooms. Not only were we able to rebuild our home within the budget, but there were so many upgrades we were able to add; our home looks like an entirely new home. They did a beautiful job paying attention to every detail.

Prosper came to my house and honestly described what is needed to fix it. I wanted to spend way more, but Prosper honestly advised on what I should spend money on and what I shouldn't. Will definitely hire Prosper for my kitchen remodeling job coming up.

David and Prosper have both been fantastic to work with. We looked through contractors and came across Prosper. It took us a few weeks to review the design proposal their team gave us to make sure it's exactly what we wanted. In total, we remodeled 2 bedrooms, engineered and rebuilt 1 bathroom. Their tile work and grouting turned out stunning! It was a huge project and we finished it in exactly 3 months. Communication was excellent, there wasn't a day that we didn't get an update on where we were in the process or a question that was left unanswered. Thank you Prosper Construction Development!

Prosper was timely, appropriately masked, and communicated clearly. He estimated the job on the spot.

Thanks Prosper for coming over and going over the things I want to do and giving a rough estimate. Hoping to work with you in the future.

My front steps were leaking, and Yosi helped me solve the problem quickly. He followed through on every aspect of the project, and even expedited the work so that the leak could be fixed before the next rain storm. I would hire Prosper again, and I'd recommend them to anyone else.

Very professional and willing to work within your schedule. Workmanship is top notch. Exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to hire them again for my next remodel project.
