Update: I had a water leak at 9pm and called them. Alex and Ihor came at 11pm, locating the problem and started to dry the area and fix it the next day. Also during the repair the worker found a rodent nest and he cleaned that up too. The other day I found some electrical issue. The electrician came in the next day and fixed it up very fast. I realize that Alex and Ihor do have a warranty to their project. They guarantee all the work they did meet my expectation. They are reliable and trustworthy. 5 stars for the handy men. The guys who did demolition, installation, painting, etc are fast, professional and with good manner. Big thank you to the handy men. 2 stars for dust control. Most part of Floor and big furniture were covered with plastic sheets. I requested 3 times my clothes in the closet to be covered as well but somehow they only added a sheet as a closet door. The next day the door sheet was off. All my clothes were dusty and I did 5 loads of laundry already. 1 star for the time management. It took 7 weeks to finish my bathroom renovation(hard to believe). Also some of the team were extremely unpunctual. I couldn't remember how many times I waited 3 hours plus after the ETA. It's very normal to wait 2 hours on average. 0 star for the payment. I was asked to add $3000+ on the final payment to cover extra cost and work. I have no problem to pay extra for the material or work out of the original scope we discussed before. But there's $1700 for painting the whole bathroom which I didn't ask for. The reason to paint the whole bathroom I think is because there was white texture sprayed everywhere including every wall, ceiling and windows. And the painting work was to fix those spreading. No one mentioned there's extra cost to cover those white marks and no one mentioned the painting would cost $1700. I still paid anyway because those workers spent lots of time on the painting and I would like to show some appreciation. But I told the manager it's not the right way to do business. So if you are considering doing business with them, be careful with that too.
