This company has deceptive practices plus they don’t speak a word of english so it is very difficult for anyone to communicate with them. We coordinated a visit to inspect my meat cases but not once did he mention that they charge a fee for visiting, honest business people inform about the fees before coming over so that there are no misunderstandings, but these people deceptively hide their supposed fee in fine print and don’t disclose when you actually talk to them. Please stay away!

Work quality was very good. The company just only needs to be clearer about how deposits apply to final costs. Had a minor miscommunication but the company was honorable about it. Would definitely recommend.
The repairman came at the time discussed. The job got done in less than 10 minutes. However, I think 200 dollars is a bit pricy for a broken spring on a Samsung microwave. Also the price and problem was not discussed before he worked on it. He fixed it then told me the price. Usually you tell the person what the problem is, what parts will need to be replaced then you tell them the price. Once the price is agreed on and only then do they do the work. What if i didn’t have 200 bucks.
They communicate well and the job got done as planned. After two days, our refrigerator is working as well as or better than when it was new.
