Did not focus on the ceiling fan and my request for help. Said couldn’t do anything. Then tried to sell me on a new breaker box for outside which I don’t need.

Zach was prompt and courteous when he came to inspect our sink, and gave us a good estimate. Damien came a few days later to do the work, and finished it really quickly. We’re very happy with the job, and we will be calling Pulse again for more plumbing jobs!
The camera actually unplugged my sewer drain.. There was no charge for the service. I will call him next time for being honest regarding the clog!

While getting a technician out was very quick and free, the follow through was non existent. Had to call and message for several days before getting the response of "I can't find the part, you're out of luck". No creative solution, just there's nothing to be done, replace the whole system. If you have an older HVAC or a complex issue, I would not recommend using this company.
Temo was punctual and very professional. He diagnosed our problem quickly and installed a new light fixture. Sine the new wall sconce did not match the footprint of the old fixture, we order a second sconce and he installed that at no additional charge.

Orlando came out and not only diagnosed the issue but gave some suggestions and advice. It wasn't the normal " do this or you will die' doomsday advice. It was a lot of preventable and what to look out for advice.
