Spoke with them on tuesday. Said they'd be by that afternoon or Wednesday morning to look at things. Never showed up. Messaged them on thursday and never got a rreply. Very unprofessional.
I contacted this person we talk and next no communication to start the job. I was unhappy with the communication all they or he needed to say yes or no for service.
Puma completed the job efficiently. He showed quality of work and demonstrated that he was capable of doing the job.
he did a great job, communicated well and did the task without me needing to be present at any time
Puma and his team were a pleasure to work with to clear out my storage unit !!! Speedy response with quote that was very very reasonable! Communicative and punctual. Patient and respectful to allow me to quickly glance at items to keep what was of value to me which was important and appreciated....I have had other services in past want to show up and just trash everything or trash items without approval. I would definitely hire there services again
Puma is a true professional; he communicated well and was responsive to all of my questions. He took his time on my yard and paid attention to the details. My yard looks better than ever.
Hired to aerate yard. They ended up just using the manual aerator stick instead of the machine which unfortunately just compacts the soil instead of pulling the plugs out. They also didn’t do the full yard as agreed based on our camera footage. I was not home to look over the work after unfortunately.
Dylan and his team were great to work with. Dylan was very responsive and did a great job cleaning up our backyard with weeds and remulching. Would definitely hire again!
Dylan was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive, and the price was great. The work was exactly what we needed, and we will definitely be using him again in the future.
