I'm not certain what to say. The air test came back negative, but we found significant amounts of mold using the instructions given by the technician.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM! We hired them strictly off of good reviews. Everything that glitters ain't gold. We hired our own mold testers to make sure it was all done correctly instead of letting Pur360 use their own. We were highly disappointed after failing 4 test. They are horrible at getting the mold out and even worse at cleaning up after themselves. Had to let them go after the last failed test. Even though they say they guarantee their work they did not return our 1/2 down deposit. Not BBB accredited, either.
I am glad I chose Pur360 for the removal of mold in one of our bedrooms. They were from the beginning to the end responsive, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and honest.
Did not have a good experience. Was told mold on ac unit would be hand cleaned. It was partially cleaned and then the rest painted over. You can see clearly the brown wood panel before in first pic and sides and wood panel at bottom are now white. Actual ac techs are advising ac unit will have to be fully replaced because the walls are designed to insulate the unit and paint would prohibit that. They even painted metal walls near the blower. I did not give them permission to paint my ac unit.
