I was worried that I might have mold after there was a leak in my house. Pure360 put my mind at ease with their air quality test. The process was easy, affordable, and reassured me that the air my family was breathing is safe. The air quality results also did not take long to get back to me. Brendon was super professional & punctual. We thought we had black mold growing behind an old dishwasher that we were reinstalling. He came out next day,inspected it and the condo & advised it was inactive mold—just needed to be cleaned with Clorox spray (carefully) and were done. No charge as he found nothing else to be done! How refreshing to find an honest contractor!! Would highly recommend!
Great experience working with Christine and Brendon at Pur360. They were extremely helpful and responsive. They took extra care to help us with our project when we met unexpected challenges. They explained the process and removal and helped us get comfortable moving forward with the repairs and mold removal. Would recommend them for any mold concerns and removal!
I was very pleased with Pur360! I was given several suggestions of things that I could do myself prior to making an appointment. Afterwards, for my own peace of mind, I scheduled an appointment and was very pleased and thankful that mold/mildew wasn't found. I was impressed and grateful of the inspection which included much needed expert knowledge about mold/mildew.
Pur360 did a great job diagnosing my project, and with all of my mold remediation, even though there was a lot of mold in the walls. They were professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Brendan did a great job, and I would definitely hire them again.
In the beginning stages with Pur360 house was tested today and should have results within 5-7days due to holiday weekend.
Had a new dishwasher installed and the installers were worried that there was some black mold behind the old dishwasher. Called Pur360 and they came in on the same day. After some quick testing the tech concluded that it was likely not an issue. I opted for the air test just to be sure. Test came back negative. They easily could have suggested an expensive solution to the problem and I wouldn’t have known any better. Very trustworthy.
