Edited to add:. Well, looks like they won't work with the customer on payment plans. First was $500 a month. I turn spoke to Annette and she said she would talk to Aaron, to get a more affordable payment plan and she has NOT called me back, and she said she would. We have now been SERVED! 🤬🤬. You aren't getting the over $2000 in five days! We have been trying to work out an arrangement, but they either REFUSE or don't b respond to customers!!!!

So far, I'm very impressed with Pure AirCare and excited to get our vents working again/fully cleaned out before I start working from home! They were super professional on the phone, called me back right away, had great availability, and helped me choose the best option for the size of our home.
On top of not taking basic information including address and system configuration and giving quote based on Sq ft. Instead of taking responsibility on a feedback plays gimmicks on the customer lying the customer was unwilling to answer questions? Such unethical standards.
The customer representative was extremely rude and hung up on me. Initially, she claimed that they don't serve our area without even asking for our address. Later, she admitted that they do. She provides a quote without gathering any configuration and argued about the requirements for getting a quote. When I asked to speak to someone else, she insisted, "This is it. I am the owner." Is this for real?
Great experience. Leigh was professional, prompt, and pleasant. He did an excellent job and was careful to clean up after himself.
Jay, Amanda and Frank were amazing! They did a great job and were respectful of the fact that I have indoor cats and took steps to ensure my kitties remained safe inside. I will use this company going forward for all of my duct/vent cleaning. Five star service!!!
They might try showing up for the appointment. No show ,no call.
