I received my certifications at Minnesota Reiki Training Center. I am an intuitive energy healer. I specialize in a variety of holistic treatment options that addresses not only your symptoms, but the root causes of your chronic pain and illnesses to deliver immediate results! Our bodies are made up of pure energy and and has the ability to heal itself, sometimes however, we have an energetic block. When those blockages occur, those imbalances distort the energy field, leading to emotional stress and physical discomfort (dis-ease) in the tissues. I help to identify precisely what the imbalances are and when they occurred, then release it from your body…permanently! This unique method of healing I offer is gentle, yet so powerful and effective! I’m results driven and very grateful that I am able to help people on their path to healing using the methods I learned in class and through my own experiences. You can get as creative as you’d like with your sessions, it doesn’t always have to be about pain. I’ve been looking for an Alternative health therapist to supplement my physician based treatments. I have multiple health issues, but my immediate need was for my left hip/thigh. I could not lift my leg more than 1-2 inches, I had to lift my leg with my hands and pull the leg into the car, and I could not stand up from a squatting/crouched position. After one session with Vanessa, my leg pain was gone and I was able to move and lift my leg in a normal way. This was the most progress made despite a couple years of physical therapy and neurological tests, I finally found good help. Thank you, Vanessa!
My massage with Vanessa was excellent! She communicated extremely well and asked the important questions for what I was looking for. I chose the 90 min deep tissue massage and it was completely worth it. I could feel the knots of tension I had releasing as she worked her magic. If you are in a field that requires a lot of physical work and is demanding on your body or it’s just been a while since you’ve gotten a massage, I very much recommend scheduling one with Vanessa.

Vanessa was quick to respond to my request and had availability that same day which was great for my schedule. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout and she was diligent to check in regarding her use of pressure whether it was too much or too little for my liking. She went above and beyond and was willing to make conversation or not depending on my lead. Lovely experience and I would go back in a heart beat :)
