Reviews
Hayes showed up and assessed what kind of door I was working with. Understood my budget and was able to work around it while also educating me on what he was doing and best practices moving forward. The door looks great and you can tell he’s definitely done this 100 times before. Using this company for future projects as well.
Put up a three-tier playground set. The first time they visited, they had to return because the rope ladder wasn’t installed correctly. When my child was climbing on it, it fell down. I also noticed issues with the building structure; it seemed half-hearted and rushed. After coming back and “fixing” the issues, after a month I went out because my daughter got her arm stuck in the side of the slide. I saw bolts that weren’t screwed in all the way, Loosened bolts haven't had this structure for six months, this is really upsetting.
I’m very happy with my new door. It’s beautiful and our technician, Charles, did a great job!
Redid my shower and drain. Fantastic on communication and quality
Pure Home Projects did a great job installing a frame and screens to screen in our porch. The price was descent and we are very happy with the project.
He explained everything to my step dad and was great and professional
Seeing the project is not completed yet, I am impressed with the way they are searching for a replacement window as my windows are very old.
Knowledgeable, reliable and great communication. I plan to work with this company on future needs.
We had Pure Home Projects come out and replace a door from our screened patio. It’s almost worse. The concrete is ever so slightly sloped away from the house which means the bottom of the door needed to be cut to adjust for the slope to make it shut appropriately. The guy that came to install it for just over $700 did not seem to understand that. He also didn’t inform us that hauling away of the old door would cost $150 extra until he was here. Currently, we cannot open and close the door naturally. I’m about to purchase a multi tool to cut the bottom of the door to allow it to swing freely. Would not hire this company again.
Wasted my time.
Everytging went right on this project. Pure Home showed me a cheaper way to achieve my goal. They showed up on time and did good work.
